Due to the way emails are sent and managed within Hosted, the ability to capture read receipts is not possible.

    Thanks so much for raising this idea and I can certainly understand how beneficial this would be.

    At the moment Reckon Accounts Hosted does have an email report that keeps a log of outbound emails sent along with their delivery status.

    The Reckon Accounts Hosted product team have reviewed your suggestion around the ability to track whether we can capture data on when an email is read however unfortunately, due to the way emails are sent and managed within Hosted, the ability to capture read receipts is not possible.

    We'll mark this idea as one to consider for the longer term future.
