Failed to Setup the connection

The last couple of days I have been getting the below message when Launching Reckon Accounts Hosted. Yesterday I cleared caches etc and it worked, but today that is not helping:

Is there a setting or something that I need to change? I have been using it previously everyday without any problems.

    Hi @Bronnie,

    Could you please let us know if you have any antivirus or internet security software such as firewalls that might be causing the connection issue on your device?

    Even a VPN or proxies could be the problem if you use them.

    Hi @Bronnie

    Sorry to see you're having some trouble logging in. Is this occurring for you right now?

    Along with clearing your cache, did you also log off any active sessions within your Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel? If not, can I please get you to do so and then retry launching your session & let me know if that makes any difference.

    Also, do you have multiple users? If so, is it affecting all your users or just your login? Can I get you to shoot me your user name and user ID that this is affecting in a private message.

    Hi Rav and Lucas,

    Yes I had logged off active sessions but that also didn't help.

    It is now randomly working again…..

    I will let you know if it happens again.
