Logo still on invoices, but now has a partial outline

I was print previewing an invoice to save, and all looked fine, then when I saved the file, there is a partial border around the logo. Its not in the layout design. Have uploaded the image again, but still there. Any solutions? Thanks

Hi @NM2021
Can I just confirm, when you uploaded the image again, did you upload a brand new image file or use the existing one and re-add it to your template?
If its the former, did you also change the format of the image file before reuploading?
If not, can I please get you to change the format of your image file to something else such as .png then upload that to Hosted and add it to your template.
To change the format of your image, open the image file in Microsoft Paint (or other image software), click Save As and select the format as PNG. Alternatively, you can try resaving it as a JPEG if you wish.
After you do so, try to print again. Does the same thing occur after this?
Let me know when you can.
Cheers

Opened file in paint, saved as .png under a new name, imported, and line has remained :(

Thanks for trying @NM2021
So this line/border around the image appears if the invoice is printed and emailed as well?
Are you able to attach the image file here and I'll see if it happens if I add it to a template in my Hosted file just as a test.

Here you go, both logos. The one labelled with 'Reckon' was the replacement one I uploaded today. The other one is the original offending one, but it worked fine in a different 'company' file as I sent invoices via email last night (then had a panic wondering how they looked when this issue cropped up today)

Hmm ok this is a bit strange.
I've just added the original image to my test file and generated an invoice as a PDF. Below is a screenshot of the invoice, in my case there was no border/outline on the outputted invoice.
I then added the edited 'Reckon' logo to a different template and then printed out a new invoice to PDF and below is the output.
I'm not sure how easy this will be to answer and/or test, but have you adjusted the size of the logo in the template Layout Designer? I'm not sure if this is going to help but does slightly altering the size make any difference at all?

Sorry - while I have you. Is there a way to change fonts without having to select each and every cell? We HATE the default layouts, but it takes a long time to single select and alter fonts if we want to change . There has to be a way to select multiple boxes (like you can when you want to move data around)

I am having this same issue. Only happened since the new upgrade, and I can't get rid of it. Very annoying.

I've tried all sorts of things, and just can't get rid of it. Even deleted and started fresh. Still puts it there. Only shows up when ready to print. Assume it's the same with you?

Have just created a completely .jpg file as opposed to .png file. The line is now gone, but and there's a grey tinge in the print preview, but this seems to go when the file is saved . Try that

I just saw the last invoice I sent out, as I get a copy of all invoices sent, that there is no line on the invoice there. It only happens when I print it out on my printer when I have to give a copy to my cutomers?
