Hi, has there been a up date to the above during the upgrades? Reckon Payroll is not available under products for me. I am trying to access my STP2 report for the payroll have I lodged today thanks

    Can I get a little bit more info on this from you. When you login, are you not seeing your Reckon One book tile like in my example below?

    Or are you trying to access GovConnect and don't see that in the menu?

    Hi @727019,

    Could you confirm whether you are using the correct login details? Are you logging in with your username or your email address?

    Additionally, may I ask which browser you are using? Have you had a chance to try accessing with a different browser?

    Hi Rav, I do see the book but I don't have the Reckon GovConnect button anymore?

    Hmm that does sound strange. I'm assuming you're obviously logged into the same account that you always use?

    I did notice you have admin access to another account as well with your main account, can I just confirm you are currently logged in/accessing the correct account that your STP entity is available in?

    You'll be able to navigate between Portal accounts you have access to in the top left corner. Example below where you can see I have access to a separate Portal account.

    Can I grab a screenshot of what is showing in your Portal account when you login similar to my screenshot above.

    Hi Rav, you are correct there are two accounts this goes back a long way when I had someone fill in for me and this is the option that Reckon set up for me bit confusing I agree. Anyway overnight the Gov connect option has appeared, who knows why it disappeared but all good now. Thanks,

    Ok well I'm glad to hear its back at least and thanks for letting me know. A bit of a strange one though.

    I'm assuming that you're logged into/accessing the same account today that you were yesterday where it wasn't appearing, correct?

    Yes, logged in exactly the same way.
