How do I back up information for tax audit purposes


Hi Rav, I have sold my business and I want to discontinue my subscription to Reckon. How do I
back up all the data to keep for 7 years for tax audits purposes. How do I access my data (payroll etc) from Reckon once I don't have a subscription anymore?

Hi @Vinh Nguyen,
You may deactivate your account by logging into your Reckon account. Once logged in, please click on the book menu (represented by three vertical dots) located at the top right corner. From there, select "Settings" and then choose "Deactivate your subscription." Finally, click on "Cancel Now" at the bottom of the screen.
Deactivating your subscription will not result in the loss of any data. The book will remain available in read-only mode for a period of 7 years. You are welcome to re-enable your subscription at any time if you wish.
