Reckon Logging us out of our Company File

One frustrating thing with the old platform was the number of occasions on which one could be logged out of our Company file by the system. On many occasions, this meant then having to log back in through the Control Panel, in order to Log Off Remote Sessions.

I have had many instances with the new Platform, where I have been logged out. Perhaps I have been lucky, however, I have yet to experience one instance where I have had to Log Off a remote session. If this is an enhancement with the new Platform, I strongly applaud such an initiative and say thank you! John L G

    In the cases where you've been logged out, is that due to the session being left idle for an extended period of time or some other reason(s)?

    Hi Rav. It tended to happen more often than not for extended idle times, but there were also occasions when this happened during short idle periods. Whilst I have been logged out on the new platform for extended idle times, I have yet to experience the need, so far, to have to log off a remote session, which definitely happened sometimes with the old platform. With the new platform, there have been some logouts with short idle periods, but I have also noticed that re-connection has happened automatically at some times, without the need to log back in.
