    What are you doing within Reckon Accounts Hosted when this error appears?

    I am also having this problem….. pop up is in the way, as soon as logged in….can't get it to go away.

    Hi @Krystle

    If you click on that pop-up, does it do anything?

    The recommended browser for Reckon Accounts Hosted is Google Chrome so just as a test if you switch over to Chrome then open your file and enable the pop-up & clipboard permissions, does the same thing occur?

    Hi Rav,

    No doesn't do anything or give me any option to do anything.

    Tried opening with Chrome and it pops up but gives me an option for clipboard permission, once selected it goes away.
