New Accounts Hosted platform browser requirements

Hi All
Did i read correctly that the new Accounts hosted platform only supports Google Chrome browser. I operate Firefox for my email system. Is my understanding correct? Are there any suggestions as how

it is recommended, but I always use Firefox, no problems as yet. Can’t comment on the email situation though

Yes there's a note in the main post that suggests Chrome is the recommended browser.
I had a client who had some issues with copy and paste as suggested in the article. Changing to Chrome solved it.

Hi there @Nick_8326929
How are you using Firefox for your emails?
Are you logging into a webmail service or online portal for your email services in Firefox?
Also - just to clarify, are these emails related to your usage of Reckon Accounts Hosted or are they completely separate? There's nothing stopping you from using two browsers, Chrome for RAH and Firefox for anything else but if you're logging into an online webmail service for email in Firefox, then you should be able to do that in Chrome as well.
I'm just assuming at this stage though so if you can give us a bit more info it might give us a better understanding so we can get you headed in the right direction 🙂

I can only say I use it all the time, but there are many features I don’t use so can’t vouch for all aspects

Reckon Hosted works smoothly with major browsers like Firefox, Google Chrome, and Edge. However, we've noticed that the copy and paste function doesn't quite work as it should in Firefox. So, to have the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Edge for this feature.

Yes as Rav has mentioned you can use two browsers but there might not be any need to. If you're logging into your emails online on Firefox, then you can do the same thing in Chrome.

Copy and Paste works for me in Firefox, but I don't use the feature, so not sure how it's supposed to work as opposed to how mine works
