Cannot see Export tag in a report

I cannot see Export tag in report. The file is active and it was shared with me.

I can see the refresh button, but not export button, why would that be so?

It would also be helpful if you could describe the steps you’re taking to access the report, so I can replicate the issue on my end and provide the most appropriate solution.     Hi Reeta,

    I've done some digging and it looks like I've been set up with limited access, which is why I can only look at the file but cannot print, export or anything. I think that's why I'm having the problem. I've asked the owner of the file to change my role to 'superuser' and hope this fixes the issue.

    Hi @Maria_8697178,

    I believe you’ve done a good investigating this so far and you got it right!!

    If you’re unable to see the Export button in the report, even though the file is active and shared with you, it’s most likely due to access permissions. When a book is shared, the owner or admin can control what actions are allowed, in this case, it sounds like the export option is not available for your access level.

    Owner or Admin user should be able to update the permissions for you. Once that’s done, you should see the Export button appear.
