SAML


I keep getting logged out within a few minutes and something has come up to say extend the SAML session?
I don't understand this and where this is also located to do it.
Can someone please help as this is driving me absolutely crazy.

I can't say I've seen a message to that effect before, is this appearing for you regularly? How often would you say its appearing?
Can you please post a screenshot of the message when it appears.
Also, just some other general info -
- Which browser are you using?
- When the message appears, what do you need to do? ie. is it closing your session and forcing you to login again?
- If you head into the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel and end any active sessions listed and then login again after that, does the message continue to appear?

Using Microsoft Edge. Everything else has been closed and still does it

How often is the message appearing?
Can you please post a screenshot of the message when it appears.
Also, does it appear when you do something specific in your file or does it appear on a regular time interval? ie. every 2, 5, 10 minutes etc.

I'm not sure how easy this is going to be to answer but, the last time this happened, do you know the approximate time you first logged on and then the time this message appeared?
Also, I think I've tracked down your account, but can I just confirm were you using your -7 user account login?
Finally, which browser are you using and do you have any browser extensions running? If you're using a browser other than Chrome, can I please get you to login and use Hosted on Chrome for a bit ie. as you would normally and just let me know if this occurs there as well?

Hi @Rav, just got disconnected about 30 seconds ago but unsure what the login time was. Yes, it is the -7 login details.
I use Chrome as my main browser, no browser extensions running.
