Quick Way to Report Total Terminations for the Financial Year

Hi,

What’s the quickest way to bring up total of terminations (final pays) we’ve processed throughout the financial year in Reckon Payroll? I’m hoping there’s a more efficient method than manually adding up from the payroll detail report.

    Does this work for what you're looking for?

    • Generate a Payroll Summary report for the financial year or whatever time period you're looking for
    • Filter the pay runs by toggling from ALL to Selected and then tick only the termination pay runs from the list. Unless you've given them your own name then the default name for a termination pay run will state something along the lines of Final Pay Run for employee name - Date
    • Add/remove any other filters depending on your requirements
    • Click the report Refresh button to generate the report with your filters
    • The Payroll Summary report will generate based on those filters and show totals for each component.
