    The reckon hosted has amazon in it, as below, and also another amazon tab opens up. I keep blocking but everytime I open browser now Amazon tab opens up :(

    Why? What is this? I keep clearing cache, data, browsing history etc. but everytime I open reckon hosted I am stuck with this time and time again.

    What are you attempting to do in Reckon Accounts Hosted when this occurs?

    Which browser are you using?

    With the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform, you need to allow browser pop-up permissions for the Reckon Accounts Hosted site specifically along with clipboard permissions. There's more info on this here which might help - Why can't I copy and paste, or print in the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform?

    Google chrome and safari.

    Happens as soon as I select to logon to "Launch Accounts 2025" for Reckon Hosted.

    I get the same address at the top on both web browsers after selecting launch tab and it stays there after I log into my bookwork.

    Just to clarify, are you referring to the URL in the address bar of your browser? If so, that is normal with the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform experience that has been released recently. Check out more info on this here - ✨ A new platform experience for Reckon Accounts Hosted!

    Just to confirm, is there an issue affecting your use of Reckon Accounts Hosted at the moment?
