Blank screen when accessing files

Hi Rav
Is this also affecting files. I was trying to finalise year and created my stp but cant access my files. Just has blank screen. I was searching to see if anyone else had this issue and saw your post.

I've split your reply off into its own post here as the search error currently affecting the Reckon Community site will be different/unrelated to this but also to get more info.
When you're searching for files right now, are you not seeing anything at all come up? Can you please outline the steps you're going through.
Also, can I grab a screenshot of what you're seeing on-screen at the moment.

Thanks Rav, I was going to do separate post but then thought it could be related
I am clicking on My Files in search bar and I get the following blank screen. I cant see the q drive which I normally can. I refreshed, logged out and logged back in and still blank. I can see all other Reckon data

Hmm that's a strange one, I can't say I've seen that before but it looks like you're doing everything right.
Which browser are you using at the moment?
When you logged out, did you also log off any active sessions within the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel? If not, can I please get you to do that then logout again, use the File ➡️ Exit option.
Once that's done log back in and relaunch your Reckon Accounts Hosted file and try one more time. Does My Files load properly after this or does the same behaviour continue?
Also, if you switch to a different browser, does the same thing occur there?

haha of course it is strange, I always get the odd ones. I havent logged off hosted but I will do that now. I also just logged into another company file we have that one is blank too. Stay tuned will let you know how I go. If logging out doesn't work will try another browser.

Good news, I'm back and my blank screen has disappeared and I have q drive back.
If in doubt turn it on and off. I should have known
