EOFY Finalisation Query – Income Statement Not Tax Ready

I have an employee whose income statement is still showing as “not tax ready” in their myGov account. I processed the EOFY finalisation on 25/06, and all submissions show as “successful” on our end.

No changes have been made since that date. Just wanting to confirm why this might still be showing as not tax ready and whether there’s anything further I need to do from our side?

    Hi @Simone_9171542,

    Could you please confirm whether you have submitted anything for the previous financial year after completing the EOFY?

    If needed, you might consider trying to resubmit the EOFY again, as sometimes it successfully processes on the second attempt.
