Reckon Personal Plus keeps showing Set Up screen and then won't do onestep updates
I am a Reckon Personal Plus 2022 user. All of a sudden, each time I open my app on my desktop, it is asking me to answer the original questions when you set up ie., are you a new user, do you have a backup that you can restore etc. I have restored from back up like 6 times now. It appears to then be working fine but when I try to do the onestep update, it keeps asking me to confirm how I access the internet. I click on continue and it doesn't present any other screen to update. I've made no recent changes. HELP??!!

In regard to your question, just to clarify, do you mean you're seeing the Welcome screen each time you launch your software? If so, I'd recommend checking out the info in this help guide -
In particular, please ensure that your file name is less than 8 characters in length.
