Super for each employee is different in payroll summary vs payslip

Question

Payroll summary Super amount for each employee is different from the pay slip total. I have done pay run adjustment / resubmit for each employee during last financial year. I have not changed payroll software.  Please help.

Thank you for your message. In response to your questions:

* I do not have any Pay Runs in Draft. They have all been submitted.
* Yes, that is correct.
* The Pay Slips reflect the correct Super amount.
* As of 01/07/2024 there is zero super balance to every employee.

To help me investigate this further, could you please confirm the following:

* Do you currently have any Pay Runs in Draft?
* Is the Super amount in the Payroll Summary Report different from what's shown in the Pay Slips?
* Which one reflects the correct Super amount — the Payroll Summary Report or the Pay Slips?
* Is there any YTD Super balance recorded in the Employee records?
