July 2025 is the first month of the new financial year, it won't be included in the 2024 eofy

Dear @sherina79 ,
I have a few questions to try narrow down what could be going wrong with the submissions:
- Have you changed your ABN or Branch Number since July?
- Did you create your Reckon Payroll account after July?
- Can you confirm your employees' initial pay date is after June 2025?
Let me know - I'm happy to help.
Kind regards,

Thank you for responding,
I only just realized this upon receiving your response — my reference was intended to be June 2025. It appears that June 2025 is missing from my 2024–2025 report.

@Alexis McKeown thank you for your reply.
- I did not change my ABN.
- Yes, payrun for June 2025 was created in the system in July 2025.
- Yes, the payment for June 2025 payrun is dated 4 July 2025

Dear @sherina79 ,
Can I confirm that the report you're currently running is for the 2025-26 financial year?
If the pay date is in July, it will not report in the 2024-25 financial year reporting.

@Alexis McKeown , I am running 2024-2025.
Any work around for this? Because if that is the case, my report only includes 11 months.

Dear @sherina79 ,
Keep in mind the 2024-25 Financial year covers from 1 July 24 through to 30 June 25.
Since the pay date for the payrun is in the new FY (after 1 July 25), it will only report in the new financial year.
Understand that I am not an accountant, but as far as I am aware, your report for the 24-25 FY is accurate as the payment was in the new financial year of 2025-26, not 2024-25.
You may wish to confer with an accountant or bookkeeper if you believe this to be an issue - there are fixes, but you can be assured that your reports are currently displaying accurately.
Kind regards,

If that June payrun is dated in July then it belongs in the 2025 year.
You'll need to change the pay date to something in June to allocate it back to June and the 2024 financial year, provided you actually made payment in June and not July
