Reckon payroll - rounding issue

Dear Reckon team,

I have an issue when I generate the payrun for my client. The staff's hours in 4 decimals is 20.8889. However, when I enter 20.8889 in the payrun, it automatically rounded to 20.89, which is $0.03 different from the correct amount.

I have tried to download the payroll app to see whether I can fix it but there is also 2 decimals in the app.

How can I expand the decimal from 2 to 4 to ensure that I generate the correct payrun for my clients?

The hours field supports values to 2 decimal places at this stage.

In your attempt to enter 20.8889, are you looking to enter 20 hours and 53 minutes? If so, you can enter 20h 53m into the field and it will automatically convert it to 20.88 which might be more in line with what you're looking for.
