DELETING ADMINISTRATOR

We wish to delete one of administrators from our reckon hosted file. I cant seem to do it under the control panel, it gives no option to delete only renew. We have another administrator file and no longer need the second one. Can someone help with this please.

    Within the program go to Company on the toolbar, then users and you can delete from there. I could be wrong but I thought there could only be one administrator user in a file

    @mzohn Are you referring to the (paid) User (licence) under the platform Control Panel

    or

    the Company File Users (where you actually log into your specific Reckon company file) ?

    HI, We had 2 licenses both as admin and two different signins. I worked it out i had to disable it so it is no longer in use.
