Why we can't using reckon account hosted on our phones anymore??

It says your device not supported when we do the log-in.

Is there any solution for it??

Start since the Amazon web thing happening.

Using different phone to do it, same happened

    Can I ask what browser and device you are using?

    I tried 2 phones,

    one is Hornor another one is motorola.

    using google chrome

    Thanks @TrevorEIT,

    So mobile and tablet support was officially dropped since the new hosted platform doesn’t support the integrated keyboard feature anymore.

    That said, I just tested it on my Samsung phone and was able to log in without any issues. I feel its not really usable on a phone but its possible.

    Make sure you are toggling the “Desktop site” option in your browser.
