Desktop Multi-User Reckon Annual Update


Here's a few 'NEW' ideas:
- Reckon Staff / Employees ACTUALLY GIVE A DAMN about it's Clients / Customers!!!!!!!!!!
- The annual '**** show' called Reckon Update 20** for Desktop Multi-user Licence holders isn't a total and utter cluster …., Very EXPENSIVE IT nightmare and doesn't take WEEKS to get stuff sort by us, the customer.
- Reckon IT support personnel speak fluent, understandable, English and are based in Australia if we call from Australia.
- When the annual '**** show' called Reckon Update 20** for Desktop Multi-user Licence holders isn't working properly, LIKE EVERY UPDATE, that RECKON send a PHYSICAL HUMAN to the Customers Business TO SORT THE **** OUT at RECKONS Expense. MAYBE then RECKON would give a damn about ALL UPDATE KNOWN ISSUES, but strongly denied by Reckon' because then they would be 'OUT of Pocket' like it's customers are!
- If a Reckon Technical Support person has problems with the in-stall, WE GET OUR MONEY BACK……………………

You've used an awful lot of words to not actually say anything that the members of this community could try to help you with.
It's humourous that one of your complaints is about speaking fluent, understandable English and yet your post is anything but.
What is the actual problem?

I've moved your post as its clearly not a legitimate idea/feature request for the product.
Can you provide some specific detail on what difficulties you're currently experiencing?
Which version of Reckon Accounts are updating from and to? I assume its to Reckon Accounts Business v34, correct?
You've mentioned multi-user on a few occasions, what issues are you running into specifically? Are you encountering error messages, if so what are they?
