We have the ability to create custom fields in customers but we cannot reference those custom fields in email templates.

    Hi @serginho

Love the ideas that you've raised in regard to the new invoice experience in Reckon One!

Would love to get a bit more info from you, how would you like to see custom fields incorporated into the email itself?

For example, a dynamic tag like you can add currently in the email message? (example below)

@Rav yes! seeing them in the available tags on the right would be great.

If for some reason you want to differentiate between "system" tags and "custom" tags then add a different symbol or delimiter, entirely up to you guys.

for example, if I add a "preferredname" custom property, I would like to see it on the right as

<preferredname> or #preferredname# or <custom_preferredname>, whatever you guys can implement.

    Thanks.
