Item is 'Service' and differs everytime. Need to link 'notes' in timesheet to Invoice desciption

I provide research services at an hourly rate. In timesheet I detail what was covered so every time it is different but the 'item' is always the same. I want to connect the notes from the timesheet to the Description in the invoice as I am not 'selling' goods this cannot be a stagnant description. How can I achieve this? This is also my first post so apologies for any omissions in protocals etc.

    Welcome to the Reckon Community @Vae, great to have you here 🙂

    If you head into Settings ➡️ Time in your Reckon One book, select the option to Transfer Notes as shown below.

    Once that is done, it should then transfer those notes when you import your time data into your invoice. Check out my example below 👇

    Thank you. I had originally ticked 'both' which obviously didn't work, so I've changed it. Will confirm when I create next invoice.
