The Reckon Payroll mobile app has received an update to version 8.5.2 which introduces Classifications to the app!

Classifications are a way to tag certain elements which will then appear in your reports and these are now available in payroll. Classifications can be assigned to an employee, pay run or an earnings or allowance item within a pay run.

Some useful ways to utilise classifications could be Cost Centres, Region, Department, Business Division among others.

Please note: Classifications must first be enabled and created in your main Reckon One book on the web before you can use them in the mobile app.
