Receiving Bills with einvoicing - RAH

Hi,

We have registered for einvoicing.

However, as we mainly want to receive bills through einvoicing, do all our suppliers need to sign up to Reckon in order to send us the bills via the portal??

Is there another way to upload / receive bills into the einvoicing portal if they are just sent to us by email (PDF)??

    Hi Tanvi,

    I have checked out the link and used this to set up einvoicing. I have tested the "invite Suppliers" email by sending to myself. However, the link on there goes directly to subscription for Reckon products.

    My questions are:

    1. In order to send us bills so they appear in eInvoicing portal, do all the suppliers we invite have to subscribe to a Reckon product??
    2. Is there a way for bills to be uploaded to eInvoicing if they are just sent to an email address in PDF format??

    The link does not address these questions.

    Thanks @MelPCL

    All parties involved must be registered on the Peppol network. While you as our customer already have a subscription to Reckon Accounts Hosted, the other parties do not need to be Reckon customers — they simply need to be registered on Peppol.

    Once they are registered with Peppol network, they will be able to upload the invoice.

    Thanks for the detailed explanation.

    Do you know if a company can register with Peppol without using Reckon eInvoicing?? If they are using other software that is registered with Peppol would their bills then come through to Reckon eInvoicing??

    We process on average about 200 bills per month but this can get up to 300-400 depending on time of year.
