Consolidation of shares (Home & Business V3)

Can someone please give me a step by step on how to do a consolidation of shares?

I have recently had every 25 at .01 cents shares I own converted to 1 at 0.25 cents a share. Not sure how I do the adjustment and what abbreviations I use in my system.

I had 221,405 shares converted to 8857. It is actually 8856.2 but they have rounded up. So again how do I deal with the 0.8 they used to round up.

As always really appreciate the help this community gives me.
