So as part of the new login requirements, we have to login again to access the community page. Why, if we are already logged in?

Sorry for the inconvience that this has caused you. It should be a one off from our end because an issue was encountered with an update our platform provider deployed overnight for the community. This has now ben rolled back and should be fine.

There was changes to how you access Reckon Accounts Hosted that was announced last month on the 3rd of November here:
is this what you are talking about?

I'd say this community site isn't associated with your login to Hosted so you have to login separately. That's always how I've perceived it, @Rav can you confirm?

What browser are you using and do you have a setting to clear cache and cookies 'On exit'?

Hey folks
Just to clear up any confusion here, the changes to Remember Me are specifically only for login to Reckon Accounts Hosted as outlined in the post my colleague @Lucas shared above (or here).
Your Reckon Community account on this site here is completely separate to your Reckon Accounts Hosted account so it has, and requires, its own login.
Hopefully that helps but let me know if you have any questions.
