Reckon One update! ✨ Automated super funds, bug fixes & more enhancements!
The latest Reckon One update has just landed, and with it we’re signing off our final release for 2025! This update brings in a couple of important improvements along with stamping out a bunch of bugs to close out the year. Check out the inclusions of today's update below and if you'd like to check out our complete list of our Reckon One updates, click here.
✨ Automated super fund updates
Reckon One now automatically updates super funds and super fund product information using the ATO Super Fund Lookup every 24 hours!
New funds and products are added automatically, renamed funds and products are updated and outdated items are flagged as inactive so they no longer appear in menus for selection. This update ensures accurate employee super contributions along making sure you have the most up-to-date data available to you for super funds.
✨ Improvements to printing bulk payslips
We recently introduced the ability to view and print multiple payslips in one go and we've made further improvements in this update. Specifically, the sorting of payslips is now standardised and will always appear in First Name order.
✨ Car allowance annual limit updated
We previously updated the default rate for the Car Allowance (Non-Taxed) and Car Allowance (Taxed) pay items to $0.88 per kilometre in-line with the 2024/25 and 2025/26 tax years. In today's Reckon One update, we have also updated the annual limit from $3,900 to $4,400 (calculated as 5000km x $0.88).
