Hello.
I have tried a new pay run and it keeps failing.
The draft will not delete, and I cannot access old submitted pay runs either.
The return is always:
There was an issue loading this pay run.
Any ideas?

Just tried again and it now seems to be working.
Pay Run complete and submitted to ATO.

This was on the full payroll on the web.
It was happening when I was at the pay run tab, and was the same result when trying to edit, or trying to look at older submitted pay runs, or add a new pay run.
What ever the issue was, it seems to now be resolved.

Is this occurring on the Reckon Payroll mobile app or on the full payroll experience on the web?
Does this happen when you attempt to mark the payrun as paid or prior to that? ie. When entering pay details etc
