Can I just confirm whether you're attempting to action this in Reckon One or the Reckon Payroll mobile app?
Is this employee part of any pay runs that are currently in draft status at the moment?
Hi Rav, I am using Reckon One. I managed to work out what was happening and was able to terminate and now I'm not able to archive the employee
Glad you were able to get the termination sorted.
Is there anything appearing on-screen when you attempt to archive the employee? Any error messages etc?
Can you please hit the refresh button on your browser and then try to archive the employee after that and let me know how you go?
I tried refreshing. It just says archive unsuccessful, unable to archive employee, please try again

I can see a couple of books under your account, can you let me know the name of the book this is occurring on along with the name of the terminated employee that you're trying to archive and I'll shoot through an access request so I can jump in to check it out.

I have tried a few different things. Edited my pay run to remove her and removed Superannuation after finalising, restarted, but still unable to archive

I've just taken a quick look and I believe the reason why the archive is failing is because the employee is included in a transaction rule and that is preventing them from being archived.
We need to improve the messaging there as the current message doesn't provide any details on this. In the meantime though, if you head into Banking âĄī¸ Transaction Rules and delete any transaction rules that include this particular employee and then try to archive them it should work.
Give that a go when you can and let me know if its successful or still gives you trouble.

Once I have terminated and archived is there anything else I should be doing that I have missed?

The only other suggestions I'd have is completing the termination pay run if you need to, and haven't already. Aside from that, the terminated employee will be included in your next EOFY finalisation that you create later on in July.
Other than that, it sounds like you've done everything you need to đ
