I have been trying to set up the Payroll Templates as it will streamline updating our employees pay rates etc however, I can't seem to work out how to create them. I did call but I don't know if the staff member understood what I was querying help with.
We fall under Hair and Beauty and there are 14 different pay stage options that we use. I would love some more detailed steps on how to generate this. Below are the pay rates for the Apprentices - Stage 1 but we then have 2nd Year, 3rd Years, 4th Years, Seniors and Casuals too.
I originally tried setting up the Payroll Template as Apprentice Stage 1 and then entering sub types of the completed, not completed and adult but it doesn't let me generate it like that. Do I need to generate a pay template for each level? Eg Apprentice Stage 1 - not completed and then different ones for each of the other sub categories? When I tried that, it wouldn't let me assign further codes like DT and PH but I may not have made it far enough in the wizard to add those options.
Apprentice - Not completed Year 12
Stage 1 - Normal =$14.06 T&1/3= $18.70 Double Time =$28.12 and PH Working =$35.15
Apprentice - Completed Year 12
Stage 1 - Normal =$15.46 T&1/3= $20.56 Double Time =$30.92 and PH Working =$38.65
Apprentice - Adult
Stage 1 - Normal =$22.50 T&1/3= $29.93 Double Time =$45.00 and PH Working =$56.25
