However, we already registered software ID. And we can submit her pay runs successful. Hi Katie,

Welcome to the Reckon Community 🙂

The error message you've highlighted means that the Software ID for the STP entity that the book is linked to hasn't been registered with the ATO. Have both of the submissions that have been submitted returned the same error?

You've mentioned that the submissions you have submitted have been successful, is there more than one GST branch involved with this ABN? If you can let me know the ABN I can check whether there's more than one registration with separate GST branches.

Has the client added you as a registered advisor to submit on their behalf in their book?

Thanks for that. There's only one registration for that specific ABN so that's ok.

From your screenshot it looks as though you have indeed been added as a registered agent so that's ok too.

When it comes to the error message you've highlighted, there's only one reason for it and that's the Software ID not being registered. Sorry to ask the basics here, but are you 100% certain that its been registered on the ATO's end?

Also, if you go to Settings ➡️ Book Settings ➡️ Take a look at the ABN and branch number fields. Is the book pointing to the correct ABN and branch number?

The only other reason is that the Software ID is not registered but there's one last thing I'd like to check.

I've just sent an access request to the book, it'll come through separately in an email to the email address the book is registered under. When you have a sec, can you please grant access 🙂

I've just had a look and unless I'm missing something obvious then everything from the book side of things looks fine and setup correctly.

The only other variable is what's happening on the ATO end. I know you've mentioned the Software ID has been registered and from all accounts, it looks that way but I would recommend getting in touch with the ATO to confirm that the Software ID for this ABN is actually still registered for the client.

Whether there has been any changes in the setup or link with you as their registered agent, I can't say but it
