Hi Team,
I recently did my first superannuation payment via Beam, and according to the status, it's been reconciled and sent to fund.
However, I just checked the "Batch Summary" and noticed three employees have their superannuation member number missing in the report.
After checking their employee records, I can see their member number is listed in the superannuation section.
Is this going to result with these employees super funds returned to us because the member number is missing? It just seems odd that the funds reconciled with these three employees member number missing.
Has anyone in the Reckon Community encountered this in their Beam submission?
