how to add employees to Beam myself as they dont want to do it.

My Employees Do not want to have to log in to reckon to add information i already have, how do I do this without Pressuring them to do it,

I am already Frustrated with this new Program Beam,

Someone please give me a walk around to just add them myself

You don't need to add employees into Beam separately. Beam will use the employee and super information that you've entered into your Reckon One book.

Have you already signed up and enabled Beam in your Reckon One book? Also, have you been successfully creating pay runs with super in Reckon One so far?

Which part of setting up Beam are you struggling with? Setting up Beam just needs the employer's info, not the employees. The attached KB will also help you get Beam set up.

there are no Employees or Super funds in Beam when i check it or in the Australian retirement trust fund when i go to check them

You create employees and super funds in your Reckon One book to use in your pay runs. Beam will use this information when you send them the lodgement for your super contributions.

Hi Rev,

Yes I have been doing the pays and it calculates the Tax and Supa, but we have been using a clearing house as beam required a Ram Authorization, now that is all done, we went into Beam and Australian Trust Fund to Check the information, the only Message i get from Beam is to invite the staff to on board themselves though reckon mate

if there is nothing in beam how will it know what goes were as there are no super funds and no employees.

Hi @Lainey,

When you go to Superstream, you'll need to click "Add" to generate a batch. This will give you the opportunity to review what will be submitted to Beam and ensure that everything appears correct before submitting.

I have Done a pay run tonight the only Errors it showed was the gender, which I have corrected,

Then it went to lodged,

No message to say it worked or anything.

I lodged into Beam and Nothing is showing over there.

So I am in the dark not knowing if it has worked or not.

As stated, once you lodge through Beam, you'll be directed to the Beam site to select the payment. If this isn’t occurring for you, there might be an issue. If you're able to share your book with Technical Support, I’d be happy to take a look. Alternatively, you may consider contacting our support line for immediate help.

Hi Elaine,

Upon review, you have successfully submitted the Super Stream batch to Beam. To check the status of your submission, please click on "View History." As of today, the status is "Awaiting Clearance," indicating that the payment has been received by the bank and the three-day clearance period has begun. You will receive another update after three business days from Beam.
