Does Reckon One have a search or a find option like Hosted did?
I want to search for say $130 but can't see how

We removed the search feature from Reckon One a little while ago to rework it from the ground up as we received a fair bit of feedback that it wasn't overly useful in its previous form.
The good news is, our product team are kicking off a project on this very soon to design and build new search functionality to Reckon One that is a lot more intuitive and easy to use.
I can't give you a timeframe on this just yet but for now I would strongly recommend that you add your vote by clicking the vote button and some details or feedback on what you'd like to see in the search feature in the idea/feature request for it which is here - 💡 Search function by keywords
Ah, yes, sorry, but I have so few to worry about - it seems my accounts are small compared to what you are dealing with.

Hi Barbara.
If you know what kind of document you are searching for, you can use the Filter feature on the amount column (Invoices, Bills, Payments, Receipts) to filter by amount.
You can also search for an Outstanding Amount or Balance Remaining in Invoices and Bills
Thanks John, I had not seen that and this worked just fine.
Only one thing is you can only select one bank account at a time.
I have an amount of say $27,000 and tried to find out which bank account out of the 10 it was paid to, you need to select each on and seach.

Just sitting down to enter all my receipts/visa into Reckon One via Add Payment but constantly going to the top and hitting Save it taking a while.
So I googled and it said there are shortcut keystrokes like below, but I can't get them to work, do you use them?
