Colonial first state Superannuation - ABN & USI not working in superstream

Hi Everyone

I have gone to validate a superstream batch and it has given 2 errors

1 - Colonial First state - ABN incorrect

2 - Colonial First state - USI incorrect

I had this problem with the TWU fund last time but came to find it had merged with another fund so that fixed it, but i cant find anything about this happening with colonial.

It also went through fine in the last batch

Hey Bob

From what I understand, super funds change quite frequently, whether that's merging, updating fund products, changing names etc etc.

Reckon One automatically updates super funds and super fund product information using the ATO Super Fund Lookup every 24 hours. New funds and products are added automatically, renamed funds and products are updated and outdated items are flagged as inactive so they no longer appear in menus for selection.

However, and this is the important part.. if any super funds/fund products (USI's) have been added to an employee, we cannot automatically update any of these details as we can't make any assumptions on which super fund the employee is part of as I'm sure you can understand.

This means that if you run into the validation error from Beam, its likely due to a mismatch of the super fund information so it will require updating/correction.

These are the current fund products (USI's) for the Colonial Super Fund.

For the employees that currently have this fund in their employee profile, can you please check whether you have valid USI's as shown above for each employee OR do they show some other USI which may have been a prior one?
