One of my employee's super is reporting incorrectly on the STP YTD report. Total Super $8,364.59 SS $2,600 = $10,964.59 paid for the YTD yet on the STP it is showing as Super $5,764.59 SS $2600 = $8,364.59 , I think I know why this may have occurred but not sure how to rectify. This employee was paid part commission, they left Dec 25 but per our award their commission is still payable for 3months after on deals delivered within that time frame so final payrun was 09.04.26 - The employee did not want to SS on the commission only so I removed the SS from file is this why the Super is not recording correctly? The final Payslip is correct just the STP report that looks incorrect. I have another employee that SS and they also terminated. With their final STP report it shows the super as
Salary Sacrifice and the total SS amount - type S
Super the total SS amount - type R
Super the total SG amount - type L
but with the employee that is incorrect the final STP only reports
Super the toal SS amount - type R
Super the total SG amount - type L
Any help would be greatly appreciated, my final payroll for the year is tomorrow and I would really like to get this fixed prior to then. Thanks Bernadette
