We already lodged super via Beam, and paid money to Clearing House on 17/06/2026. But the lodgement is cancelled on 23/06/2026. The paid money hasn't been refunded yet. What should we do?

We haven't received refund yet. We pay through EFT.
If the lodgement was cancelled on the 23rd then my assumption would be that the refund is likely being processed and will be making its way back to you.
Looking at the info from Beam regarding refunds which you'll find HERE, they mention their timeframe for refunds can be 10-12 days.
I think the next step is understand why that lodgement went into Cancelled status. Is this your first Beam lodgement or have you previously sent through others successfully?

Go into this specific lodgement and you should see a reason that has been returned from Beam for the cancellation. What's the reason for it?
Hi @Rav , thanks for your answer. We have sent through others many times. The reason why it was cancelled is payment isn't received. However we already paid before deadline.
