superstream rejection

Question

I am trying to lodge through beam for the first time but keep getting error message.

Batch Validation Error* The USI provided for this superannuation fund does not match to an APRA regulated superannuation fund. (Fund 'MERCER SUPER TRUST')
* The ABN provided for this fund does not match the registered ABN for the provided USI. (Fund 'MERCER SUPER TRUST')

I have checked USI and ABN repeatedly and they seem to be right . the same info has been in use for 2 years to pay through the ATO clearing house . any suggestions?

Reckon One automatically updates super funds and super fund product information using the ATO Super Fund Lookup every 24 hours. New funds and products are added automatically, renamed funds and products are updated and outdated items are flagged as inactive so they no longer appear in menus for selection.

However, and this is the important part.. if any super funds/fund products (USI's) have been added to an employee, we cannot automatically update any of these details as we can't make any assumptions on which super fund the employee is part of as I'm sure you can understand.

This means that if you run into the validation error from Beam, its likely due to a mismatch of the super fund information so it will require updating/correction.

The Mercer Super Trust ABN has quite a number of fund products (USI's) listed under it. Can you confirm that the fund and USI details entered in the employee profile is a current/valid USI that is currently within the super fund?
