Payroll when you click on the three dots, the whole line immediately disappears.

Just wondering why this hasn't been raised before. I did a search and totally irrelevant posts came up, see screenshot.

Recently when I was looking to find out how to change the super default for one employee, I got the answer, but in doing so, I came across where there were 3 dots at the end of the line, click on it to see the options and immediately the whole line disappears. I had to recreate it. It was in the Super area but not sure where, might have been in the pay that I was doing, not sure now. Not the first time this has caught me out either.
Surely there should be something that opens up at the 3 dots to give options. In other areas it does, but not in this particular case.
I did a google search and they said it was a known problem.

It would be nice to have it fixed.

Which screen are you referring to specifically in relation to this 3 dot button making the full row disappear?

I'm not sure what that AI response is trying to say either but to me, on the face value of it, it doesn't sound like its providing you the right info but I'm happy to be corrected.

Based on the info above, it sounds like its referring to a draft pay run. Here's a draft pay run I've created to test this out and the only 3 dot button is the menu button in the top right when adding pay details for an employee. This button doesn't close or delete anything but rather presents you specific options.

There are 'Remove' buttons at the end of the row of each line item which will remove that line since its a remove button however its not a 3 dot menu button. You'll see this button in the screenshot above at the end of any individual line item. This is normal and by design to quickly remove a line item.

I don't think I've come across a 3 dot button that immediately closes or removes a row so if you can provide a screenshot or more specific details on where you're seeing this happen that would be helpful.
