Is there a report that specifically shows termination payments?

While there isn't a specific report that only shows termination payments and nothing else, you could create this using the Payroll Detail report and then save it as a custom report.
Its a little hard for me to show visually but I've mocked up a quick example below that shows I've customised the Payroll Detail report and only selected the termination pays.
Depending on the timeframe you're looking to cover in the report it could take a little bit of time to make your selections but once you've done that then you can save it as a custom report so it stays on hand and any further customisation will be easier to manage.
