Unable to email payslip

I am a new starter, and wanted to use the function of emailing payslip. On selecting email, reply is: 'Error - unable to email try-again'.

Could not find any guidance of how to set up 'email payslips'. Are there any specific function setting to be done for this function to work.

Could you head into Settings ➡️ Book Settings and check if you have a valid email address listed in the reply-to email address field in your book info. Example below 👇

I see you've mentioned you're new to Reckon One One but can I just check, have you been able to send payslips from Reckon One successfully before or is this your first attempt at doing so?

Do all employees included in the pay run have a valid email address listed in their profile?

Thanks, this is my first attempt in sending payslips, and all 3 employees have a valid email address in their profile.
