How do I record overtime for two of my employees in a pay run? I've never done it before.

Reckon One includes default overtime pay items called "Time and Half" and "Double Time" pay. You may choose to use these existing items or create a new one if the rate multiplier differs.
These items can be added directly to the pay run or included in the employee's pay setup, whichever is most convenient.

Yes, Just add like a normal earnings item. The calculation will be based on the pay rate you've set for the employee.
