Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2015 wont load on Windows 10.

Hi,
I have Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2015 and since I have upgraded to Windows 10 it won't load.
Does anyone know a fix for this please?

    Hi there Tullie,

    Do you mean the program won't launch when you try opening it?

    Are you receiving an error message?

    Hi Rav, It has loading on the screen for a while but never loads. There is no error message.

    Hi Tullie,


    Welcome to Reckon Community!

    Something may be blocking the opening of Reckon Accounts. As there are some functions that peruses Internet Explorer (IE), we will try lowering down the IE Security by:
    • Go to the Control Panel | Network and Internet | Internet Options
    • Under Security tab, select Internet and drop the security level one notch
    • Click Apply and OK
    Try opening Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 again.
