Hi

    Hi Rav,

    I'm having the same issue and the above KB article did not help.
    Have you got any other recommendations?

    Windows 10 64bit
    Office 2016 - Non 365
    Accounts Plus 2016

    I am also having this problem using Reckon Accounts Premier 2016, Windows 10, Outlook 2016. MAPI Error Line 921 sendemail.cpp. I have tried changing permissions etc from all of the discussion threads. This is extremely frustrating!!! Thanks, Teegan
