Cannot Use keys Control + Del to general journal entries

Cannot use keys Control + Del to general journal entries. When pressed,
it shifts me to a server switch user mode which shows the "server'. This is in Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2016. Please help.

    Hi  Jeffrey.  If you are using the Chrome browser, pressing "CTRL + d" will enable you to delete a general journal.

    Hi John. The user says it is CTRL + Del keys. She cannot use such keys she used to do.

    Hi Jeffrey.  It depends on what function the user is trying to perform.  In Chrome, Ctrl + Del will enable you to delete a line within a journal, whilst Crtl + D will enable you to delete the whole journal.  These same key combinations also work with cheques and invoicing.  I don't know what the situation might be with other browsers because I don't use them as Chrome seems to be the preferred browser.

    Thanks John. We'll try using Chrome (was trying it with Firefox). Appreciate the help mate.
