Unrecoverable error when printing

Hello, someone please help! My reckon accounts 2013 plus crashes whenever I try to print invoices I receive a message, "Unrecoverable Error"

Which operating system are you using? Has this issue only just started occurring?

There may be a corrupt element in your file contributing to this issue. I'd recommend performing a Verify & Rebuild of your data file, further info on this process here -

I'm using windows 8, I just tried to verify the data and the program has completely frozen.
