Company Snapshot (Customer Tab) in Reckon Hosted is not working.

Specifically the Drop Down to show/select different customers does not work

    Hi Tony.  I don't have cause to use it but just tried it and it works perfectly for me.  Has this only just started not working for you?  If that is the case, perhaps you could try logging off completely from the Control Panel login (log off remote sessions), shut down your browser and try again, as this approach can sometimes fix other problems.

    Hi Tony,

    Are you able to give any more detail when you say that it doesn't work? Are you able to select the different customers but no information displays? Or is the drop down menu greyed out? Does the program crash when you select customers?

    A little more detail would be great.
