Reckon Hosted Remove Third Party User Shared File

Hi People I am a newbie and need to understand how I remove a user of a shared company file.  I am using Reckon Hosted.  I can see how I can remove users who are in our company, but not external users.  

The user is an external company (old accountant).  I do not want them to have access to this information any longer.  Please help.

    Hi Warren,

    You will need to contact the tech support team and they can put through a request to the IT team to remove the user.  You can do this by email at advantage@reckon.com or by phone on 1300 799 150.
