won't save

My system is having a lot of issues saving, enter bank payment hit save nothing.  change date on payment hit save nothing.  What is going on please..

    Hi Jodie,

    Which browser are you experiencing this on? 

    Does the same issue occur when you try on an alternative browser?

    Awesome thanks Rav, is working on Microsoft Edge but not on Firefox just so you know.. :)

    Still not working on Firefox.  Definitely my preferred browser.  Any chance of resolving for Firefox?

    I have the same issue . I use reckon one it doesn't save the description when I do invoicing using safari on my MacBook Pro . help please

    Hi Scott, I am using Accounts Hosted, I am trying to create a credit but it won't save.. I fill it all in and then hit Save and New or Save and Close and nothing happens... I am using Google Chrome....Please help!
